Hiring Guidelines

Aboubakar YARI;  Venus YARI; and Myra YARI

Basics:

PART I: Application Processing:

1. If your files are transferred to Aboubakar YARI, you will likely be ending in a board, making decisions.
2. If your files are transferred to Myra YARI, you will likely be ending in an office, doing marketing paperwork.

PART II: Application Submission:

For any other foreign* candidate:

4. Consultants and Advisors:

Must hold a PhD degree + many years of experience in a field of sciences and technology.

Candidate without a PhD degree that can demonstrate a solid background in a field of sciences and technology may be considered. Acceptable solid background include but not limited to, peer review scientific articles, work experience, lifetime achievements such as innovations and inventions that passed the regulatory test before internationally recognized and accredited regulatory bodies.   

NOTE:

Consultants and advisors are not required to take the Biotech tropicana Systems entry training course; unless the personally requested so.

5. Internal Executive Boards

Must hold a PhD degree + many years of experience in a field of sciences and technology.

Candidate without a PhD degree that can demonstrate a solid background in a field of sciences and technology may be considered. Acceptable solid background include but not limited to, peer review scientific articles, work experience, lifetime achievements such as innovations and inventions that passed the regulatory test before internationally recognized and accredited regulatory bodies.  

NOTE:

Internal executive board members are required to take the Biotech tropicana Systems entry training course.

Where a global coordination unit is located in a foreign country, the Unit director must be a citizen of that country.

Example: for a global coordination unit located in Tripoli, the unit director must be  citizen of Lybia. 

6. Unit Directors and Assistant Directors

Must hold a PhD degree + many years of experience in a field of sciences and technology.

A candidate with master degree in a field of science and technology applied in the unit may be considered, if

1. The candidate can demonstrate many years of experience and a good record of work in the field.

NOTE:

Unit Directors and Assistant Directors are required to take the Biotech tropicana Systems entry training course.

7. Staff

Staff is hired on need basis; qualification requirements are specified per need.

NOTE:

Staff is required to take the Biotech tropicana Systems entry training course.

8. Trainees

Trainees are accepted based on availability of space. A minimal basic education may be required based on the purpose of the training.

NOTE:

* Foreign is defined as

q) Any institution other than the Biotech tropicana Systems.

b) Any individual that is not a member of the Biotech tropicana Systems.
